Although its mostly driftwood, it is topped with stones.
So I'd call that sculpture a 'Cairn', i.e: 'a man-made pile (or stack) of stones as a memorial or landmark.'

nice pic.. the engenuity and skill and art to build something out of bits and pieces, without nails and glue always makes me hold my breath for a second and go wow.
